Hello,
We're having another charity event! Thursday, April 24, 2008
"Dining Out For Life" -- This event benefits a great cause - "The Chicken Soup Brigade". I hope you can make it to The Hangar Cafe for breakfast, lunch or dinner for this special event. We'll be open until 9:30pm on April 24 and in addition to our regular breakfast and lunch, we'll be serving a special dinner. Stay tuned for the menu. Seating is limited for dinner so call now and make your reservation - 206.762.0204. Thanks in advance for supporting this cause.
"Dining Out For Life" is a grassroots event held every April to help provide food, shelter, and insurance for folks living with HIV/AIDS in Seattle. This is Lifelong AIDS Alliance's 15th year hosting the event and they're hoping to make this the most successful year ever. The proceeds from their partner restaurant's "Dining Out For Life" donations directly benefit the Chicken Soup Brigade, Lifelong's food program. Chicken Soup Brigade provides culturally and ethnically diverse meals and groceries for people living with life-altering diseases.

Justin, this is Padraic's friend Catherine. I got notice from him recently that you were awarded 'Best Crepes' in the Best of Western Washington competition. Many congrats!!! I just looked over the website, and I am utterly smitten. It looks like just the sort of warm, inviting place I'd love to hang out, and the food looks delectable and enticing. Next time I visit my beloved home town, I'll be coming around to visit (with Padraic, I'm sure), hopefully bringing friends/family.
Please continue to update your nice blog! I'll link it at my own blog, along with the website. I know you're busy, but it'd be cool to have little day to day tales and remarks about your experience.
Sight unseen (in person yet), taste untasted, I will nonetheless be bragging about the Hangar Café and encouraging my hometown peeps to go check it out!
